All complaints about players, coaches and other teams must be directly to the club in the first instance, the complaint form is available from the club website or an email to the club with complete details may be sufficient.
Coaching complaints about Burwood players or parent’s behaviour should be directed immediately to the Burwood AFC Management Committee unless you as the coach can resolve them easily. Continual problems should be reported.
Please inform the Burwood AFC Management Committee of any problems either within your own team or with other teams so we can deal with them appropriately.
The Management Committee will work with all parties concerned to resolve any complaints.
The Management Committee may refer complaints to higher bodies e.g. Mainland Football, NZ Football, the Police.
